appointment, ask about online reporting of your lab results to your
internet-based health record account!

For refills
of chronic medications within one business day, contact your
pharmacist and ask them to send in the refill requests
electronically. It's quicker, saves you from
calling the clinic, and saves paperwork. We are transitioning
to complete electronic medical records at the present time to more
efficiently serve you.

those without medical insurance, we offer discounts that you can inquire about
during your visit. If
you are in need of help with medical bills, please apply to the Compassionate
Ministry Center by picking up an application at the clinic. For
